Returns:

We happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sale items are final sale. Only regular priced items can be refunded.

 

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send a copy of your receipt to contactsoftness@beechtreebaby.com and note the reason for the return. Please also include a copy of your receipt in the package and mail it to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return has been accepted. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Refunds (if applicable):

As noted above, most returns will be accepted if they meet requirements (unused, in original package).

 

However, there are certain situations where only a partial refund will be granted. Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a full refund. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for refund.

 

If you are eligible for a refund, but haven’t received it yet, please check your bank account or credit card statement again after a few days. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, due to processing protocol. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contactsoftness@beechtreebaby.com

 

Exchanges:

We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at: contactsoftness@beechtreebaby.com noting the reason for the exchange, and then mail your item to:

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund ($6.95 for one item, $8.95 for multiple items).

 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
